Cancellation Policy

Pricing & Service Call Fee A $90 on-site service call/evaluation fee is charged at the time of booking and applies to each appointment. This fee covers the technician’s on-site service call and evaluation and does not include welding labor, materials, parts, or other services performed. Welding and other labor is billed at $120 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge, even if the work takes less than one hour. Labor exceeding the first hour will be billed based on the additional time required. The $90 paid when booking will be applied as a credit toward the $90 service call/evaluation fee on the final invoice. The final invoice will include any additional labor, materials, parts, and other applicable charges based on the services actually performed. The $90 service call/evaluation fee is non-refundable once the appointment takes place, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended work, whether any repair or welding work is performed, or whether the customer decides not to proceed after receiving an estimate. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Any prepaid service call/evaluation fee will be refunded or credited as appropriate. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment must be made by phone and may result in forfeiture of the $90 service call/evaluation fee. No-shows may also be charged the full $90 service call/evaluation fee. Any prepaid amount exceeding applicable cancellation or no-show charges will be credited or refunded as appropriate.
